The ‘30 Life Stories’ project is a corporate social responsibility initiative co-organised
by AZHK and the biggest patient advocacy group - Hong Kong Alliance of Patients’
Organisations (HKAPO). In this project, we invite different parties from the society like
patients, patient group leaders, social workers and doctors etc. to share their stories
about the experience of facing adversity. Through the enlightening and moving stories, we
hope to foster the mutual support, love and care in the society. The stories will be
presented in the short videos and would upload to the Facebook page called
‘Life Pavilion 30’
(生命同行館), co-owned by HKAPO and AZHK.
Besides sharing the stories, the ‘30 Life Stories’ project is also a meaningful fundraising
activity for HKAPO. AZHK will donate HK$10 per LIKE of the each story in
‘Life Pavilion 30’
Facebook page to HKAPO, in order to support their operation.
The project was kick-started in September 2020 accompanied with the launch of the first
story from Mr. Yuen Sui Lam, the chairman of HKAPO. Mr. Yuen shared his experience of
rehabilitation from stroke and brain damage, then becomes an impactful patient leader in the
society. More story sharing will be coming soon. Please Like and Follow the
‘Life Pavilion 30’
Facebook page and raise funds for HKAPO by giving a thumb up to the stories.
